Peter Dowen
Executive Director
Aged 59. Peter Dowen graduated from Leeds School of Architecture in 1972 and qualified as a Chartered Architect in 1973. After a period in private practice he became a director of Brian Clouston and Partners in 1980 before joining RPS in 1989 when he was appointed to the Board.
