John Bennett

Aged 60. John was appointed to the Board on 1 June 2006. He is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in the house building industry. He was Finance Director of Westbury plc, until it was acquired early in 2006. He has wide experience of financial management, capital and debt raising, acquisitions and investor relations and he played a leading role in the strategic development of Westbury into a top ten volume house builder in the UK.

Aged 46. April Rigby graduated from Leeds University in 1982 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 with Arthur Andersen & Co. She joined RPS Group in 1989 and was Finance Director from 1993 to October 2000. She has been Company Secretary since 1993.
