Roger Devlin is Managing Director of Hilton Hotels Corporation. He is Chairman of Baydrive, a Henderson Private Capital business, and he is also an adviser to Phoenix Private Equity.

He read law at Oxford and then joined Hill Samuel where he became Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. He joined the Board on 29th April 2002 and is serving an initial three year term. He lives in London.
