The construction phase of any development has the potential to cause a range of environmental impacts that will require management. Our services are aimed at minimising the risk to construction programmes e.g. due to prosecution, through ensuring environmental considerations are appropriately managed. Our construction phase services include the development and implementation of Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs); Code of Construction Practice (CoCPs); provision of a site-based construction environmental manager; construction phase environmental audits; undertaking a range of construction phase monitoring, including development of appropriate monitoring plans and specific construction phase assessments to support planning applications and EIA projects.
